It is excellent to be tasted on hot bread, to enhance the taste of seasoned cheese or combined with fresh ricotta cheese. Delicious also as condiment for meats cooked to the fire, to stuff cakes and tarts and for a healthy breakfast. INGREDIENTS: Green Tomatoes 60% Caster sugar Raw cane sugar gelling agent: fruit pectin acidity corrector: citric acid Total Sugars: 63g per 100g PRESERVATION METHOD: Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days. CONSERVATION PERIOD: 3 years from the date of production.
