The new stock cubes are versatile, genuine and healthy: they enhance the taste of risottos, but are also excellent for adding flavor to soups. Combinations: Recommended for those who love the scents of the undergrowth. Ideal to prepare refined risottos and tasty meat dishes. Dissolve a stock cube in 500 ml of water and boil for a couple of minutes stirring from time to time. The stock cube can be added to foods (risottos, sauces, soups, roasts and escalopes) during cooking, in the desired quantity. Ingredients: Soy and corn protein extract for stock, iodized salt: 35.7%, dehydrated porcini mushrooms: 6.1%, powdered sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil: 3.7%, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (carrot, onion, potato, tomato, parsley, leek, garlic): 2%, yeast extract, natural olive extract.
