The aroma is very intense and refined, with typical vegetal sensations of sage and tomato leaf, mixed with more fruity and delicate notes such as melon and yellow pepper. Freshness and aromas that we find in the mouth, to enhance a fresh and dry taste, in a perfect balance. Intense and enveloping, it closes with a long aromatic persistence. Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C Pairings: It is a wine for aperitifs and appetizers. It goes well with lobster, lobster, scampi, salmon and saltwater fish. It is also excellent with creams and soups, risottos and dishes with aromatic herbs.
