It unfolds on notes of acacia, plum and yellow peach, rennet apple. The palate is intense and full, with agile body reflecting the characteristic variety. Dry and savoury, thanks to the type of vinification it is pleasantly fresh. The long finish develops pleasant notes that accompany an elegant aftertaste slightly aromatic. Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C Pairings: Cold appetizers with sweet-and-sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish and fried fish, soups (especially vegetable creams).
