Pesto Nero 180gr Casa Bruna

The unmistakable scent of fresh Genoese basil DOP and the sweet taste of our extra virgin olive oil, are the basis of the inimitable Pesto alla Genovese. Our grandmothers, adding, depending on the season, a handful of dried tomatoes or some artichokes or, finally, some Taggiasca olives, have given life to the colourful and tasty Pesto. Our fresh Genoese pesto (not pasteurized) has a duration of 18 months, we do not use colourants or preservatives and only Genoese basil DOP. Ingredients: black olives 50%, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil Genovese DOP, dried tomatoes, cashews, Parmiggiano Reggiano DOP, pine nuts, garlic, corn starch, wheat fiber, salt, natural acidity regulator: lactic acid.
