Riso Rosso Selvaggio 500 gr. BIO Belvedere

Wild red rice is a red pericarp brown rice. It is native to Camargue, France, and in Italy it is exclusively grown by Cascina Belvedere in the Po river valley. The red rice is particularly aromatic and it is characterized by its ruby red colour. It has a sweet taste and once cooked, it can be stored for several days. It has a cooking time of 40 minutes. It is excellent saut éed with vegetables, spices and typical mediterranean dressings. This rice is certified "extra quality", thanks to the traditional stone husking process and a meticulous selection, which allows the defect rate of the product to be less than 1/3 of that required by law.
