Introducing "Type 2" soft wheat flour, from the milling of a mixture of selected and high-quality wheat from the Rachello Oasis. These are uncontaminated and controlled territories where sustainable and integrated agriculture is practiced according to our strict protocol, within a project of short chain certified from seed to flour. The cereals grown in the Oasis are Italian and 100% traceable. Type 2 flour, thanks to a recipe from the ancient tradition of our mill, maintains the bran and the germ of the wheat, elements that are rich in fiber, taste and nutritional properties. Recommended in bread making for rustic and tasty products and for dry products. In bread-making it can be used for short processed dough, but it is also excellent for dough with 18-20 hours pre-dough.
