Pane e pizza GLUTEN FREE 5kg Molino Vigevano
The pizza-and-bread professional mix from Mulino Vigevano is made with naturally gluten-free raw materials and sourdough. The pizza dough you get with the easy-to-use gluten free mix is airy and soft, tasting very similar to regular doughs made with regular wheat flour. Bread dough is excellent and full of taste. To get the perfect dough, simply add 1 litre of water for every kilos of mix. Work the dough by hand until it's smooth and firm, yet soft. The product is made in a factory where soya, milk, sesame and lupine are also processed. The label on the packaging is in Italian only.
