Biolievito Madre 30gr Farine Magiche
This excellent organic sourdough starter comes as a result of the combined fermentation of Manitoba wheat flour, rich in vital germ, and of brewer's yeast. The two ingredients are dosed according to a traditional recipe of the mill. The dough you get by using this product is rich in nutrients, fragrant and has the unmistakable flavour of vital wheat germ. Natural leavening is ideal for savoury doughs such as breadsticks, crackers, focaccia, bread and pizza. Dosage: 30 gr. sourdough for every 300 gr. of flour. Allow a leavening of at least 2/3 hours at a temperature of 30C degrees for a better result. No need to add other yeasts to the dough. Ingredients: mix based on organic powdered sourdough containing organic soft wheat type 1 Manitoba (80%) and organic brewer's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae). Product coming from a factory where soya, milk and sesame are also processed.
