The secret is the use of the highest quality ingredients and respect for family tradition in the production process: leavening is slow and natural; production is still largely handmade and all the thin strips of dough are worked by hand before entering the oven; baking is slow so that each Finestrotto is crispy and golden. Casa Vecchio Mulino Finestrotti are handmade, incorporating olive oil into the dough. Ingredients: wheat flour, 10% olive oil, salt, brewer's yeast, malted wheat flour.
