A refined and appetising condiment that dates back to the ancient Romans, who called it "Garum". It is obtained by dripping the anchovies -previously placed in brine- collected drop by drop and filtered several times to obtain a fragrant liquid, amber-coloured and rich in the scents of the sea. It is a healthy condiment, very digestible, suitable for pasta, salads and vegetables. Ingredients: "colatura" of anchovy brine, salt.
