The vineyards of Acetaia Cattani are located on the hills of the province of Modena, in the heart of the production of Balsamic Vinegar. The grapes produced are in fact those typical of the area as the sweet and fragrant Trebbiano. To guarantee an always excellent balsamic vinegar, Acetaia Cattani obtained the Organic certification in 1983, producing selected and genuine grapes. All the phases of the production of Balsamic Vinegar are managed by the Cattani family in the large halls of the vinegar cellar, the most precious and ancient ones dwelling in small wooden barrels in the attic. This elegant box contains one bottle of 250 ml 25 years. Preferably used raw, it is best expressed together with Parmiggiano Reggiano and strawberries. Delicious with extra virgin olive oil in salads.
