The 993 Cavola dairy offers a PDO "mountain quality" Parmigiano Reggiano with an 18-month maturation, whose organoleptic properties are in accordance with the strict protocol of the consortium. At 18 months, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano has a balanced taste and a delicate flavour with hints of milk, yogurt and fresh fruit. It is particularly suitable for aperitifs paired with sparkling white wines, or to enrich salads and cold dishes. The product is shipped in shrink-wrapped vacuum packs.
