The Classic version of Panettone by Bronte Dolci follows the traditional milanese recipe, while adding authentic Sicilian ingredients and the amazing artisanal craftsmanship of the Bronte confectioners. The incredible soft dough is enriched with sultanas and candied Sicilian orange peels, and it is topped by a crunchy dome of almonds and sugar. Ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 14% (sultanas, cotton seed oil), butter, almond and hazelnut glaze 11% (sugar, egg white, almonds 13% [1.5% of the total], hazelnuts 6% [0.7% of the total], wheat flour, corn starch), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, candied citrus fruit peel (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid), honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: monoglycerides and diglycerides of acids, powdered milk, natural vanilla flavouring, flavourings. It contains cereals, nuts, milk and dairy products. It may contain traces of soya, other cereals and other nuts in addition to those specified in the list of ingredients.
