Excellent butter-based creamy sauce with Parmesan cheese and white truffle. Ready to use to season pasta (particularly enjoyable with egg-pasta), risottos, pizza and meat. Ingredients: cream, butter, milk, pasteurized eggs, water, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) min. 2%, white truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.), grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet), salt, corn starch, flavourings.
