Cotecchino Precotto

Since 1912 the Fini brand has been synonymous with high quality food products, linked to the best gastronomic tradition of Modena. Among these, Cotechino is certainly one of the most representative. Cotechino Fini Modena, prepared according to the traditional recipe handed down by the family, uses only selected pork parts to create the final product. Cotechino has a coarse grinding, with an intense and full-bodied taste and aroma; it is prepared without the addition of polyphosphates (according to the consortium's specification). The vacuum packaging and the heat treatment to which it is subjected allow the cotechino to maintain its quality and flavour unaltered 'till consumption. The product is guaranteed by the Consortium of Zampone e Cotechino Modena. Certification of Protected Geographical Indication. Ingredients: pork meat, pork rind, pork fat, salt, spices and herbs, natural flavourings, antioxidants (absorbed sodium), preservatives (sodium nitrite). Gluten free.
